Cancellation Policy: A refund will be given for all days reserved (less a $35 cancellation fee) for cancellations received 21 or more days prior to scheduled arrival. For cancellations with less than 21 days notice prior to scheduled arrival a refund will be given (less a $35 cancellation fee) only if we can re-book the property for those canceled days at the same rate.
