Located 2 blocks from Whitman College, this 1910 gorgeous Craftsman Bungalow has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2960sqf space. There are also 1 pullout sofa and 1 long couch that will accommodate more people. All 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are upstairs. Every bedroom has a large closet. The room downstairs with a bathroom attached to it has a queen size pullout bed and can be closed up and used as a private bedroom. The floor plan is open, airy and filled with the charm and character of original architectural details: original solid wood floors, moldings, solid wood doors with original hardware throughout the home, high ceilings, pocket door to formal dining room, beautiful wood staircase with two landings, bay windows and extensive woodwork that has never been painted over.

Local favorite "Tony's Subshop" is next door and public transit is steps away.

For cancellations with less than 21 days notice prior to scheduled arrival a refund will be given (less a $35 cancellation fee) only if we can re-book the property for those canceled days at the same rate.
